Procedure: It is the surgical technique aimed at improving the appearance of the thighs by removing excess dermograso tissue from the inner face of the legs. The goal of this surgery is to get firm thighs, without laxity cutaneous and well shaped.
Duration: Approximately 2h 30m to 3h 15m
Anesthesia: The cruroplasty (thigh lift) can be performed either under general anesthesia or with spinal anesthesia.
Hospitalization: Generally, the day after the intervention you can go home. The aspirated drains will be removed in the operating room, the wound will be checked, and you will go back with a compressive postsurgical garment.
Side Effects: Although the postoperative of the thigh lift is not painful if it could be considered uncomfortable during the first days, due to the difficulty to walk and the pressure exerted by the postoperative garments.
Recovery: Depending on the type of work you do, you can return to your usual work activity two weeks after the cruroplasty. It will not be until after 6-12 months of the intervention that we will be able to observe the definitive result of the response.
